Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
